I am so happy to announce that Happy Fun Lamp has found a studio space in the Asheville, NC River Arts District at Pink Dog Creative! This is a great building filled with many talented artists. HFL is so proud to join the ranks of the folks at Pink Dog! Find us at Studio A, directly next to Pizza Pura.

Andrea and Happy Fun Lamp have just moved to Asheville, NC and are so excited! I am in the process of finding a new studio space, and am hoping to find something in the River Arts District, which I fell in love with and have been visiting for the past 2 1/2 years. Current and past collaborations include creating custom lamp bases with Tina Councell of Iron Maiden Studios, and CD cover artwork with Joyce Thornburg (both located at Wedge Studios), and Nancy Hilliard Joyce, located at the Cotton Mill Studios.

Happy Fun Lamps are now available at the Concord Museum Gift Shop in Concord, MA- several nature-themed lamps are for sale. These coincide with the current nature-inspired exhibit, “Early Spring: Henry Thoreau and Climate Change,” a ground-breaking exhibition exploring three centuries of careful observation of seasonal natural phenomena in Concord.

Early Spring: Henry Thoreau and Climate Change is on view at the Concord Museum from April 12—September 15, 2013

The UForge Holiday Fair was a lot of fun- here are pics of my table and me. Thanks to everyone who visited me!!

It was such a pleasure to exhibit at the Roslindale Public Library:

Be sure to check out the next exhibit- my good friend Geradine Barney and her gorgeous modern Navajo prints and artwork.

At this craft fair, I had the chance to transform a church sanctuary cubicle into an art space- it was a lot of fun! I borrowed little chairs and a table from a storage area to create a higher elevation display area. After and before:

Please join me at the First Church in Jamaica Plain for their 15th Annual Holiday Craft Fair! I will be in the sanctuary. Sat. Dec. 1 from 11-5pm.

I will also be at the UForge/Eliot Hall Holiday Fine Art and Craft Fair on Dec. 22 from 11-6pm.

Exciting news- I will be the featured artist at the Roslindale Public Library from Dec. 8 until the end of January, and will be giving a pysanky demo in January!

Roslindale Open Studios was a huge success once again- thank you to everyone who stopped by my home studio!
